Biography


Joel Nanauka is a committed Social-transformer, Trainer and Public Speaker in the areas of Leadership, Business, Personal Development and Politics. He is trained in Management from the University of Dar Es Salaam and later in Economic Diplomacy from the Center for Foreign Relations. Through IQ Management Solutions, a company he initiated, he has been able to do trainings for private institutions, Public entities, Religious organizations and individuals. His powerful ability in trainings has promoted him to be invited in various international conferences both in Tanzania and abroad.

As the passion to change the lives of young people and emerging entrepreneurs, he initiated a special incubation programme for young graduates popularly known as “Dream Realization Class” which have proved to be a practical tool change the lives of many young people.

His training materials have been frequently featured by Newspapers, Radios and Televisions. One of his book “You can Rise Again” has been an instrumental material to change the lives of many who have read it. His trainings in CD’s and DVDs are widely available to enhance value for mankind.

Joel is Married to Rachel and they are blessed with one Daughter, Joyous. He works with United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization in the area of programmes for community development.
